2. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. On our behalf, STRATO processes server log files (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type, operating system, referrer). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. Log files are deleted after a maximum of 14 days.
3. WordPress
This website runs on WordPress. Simply visiting the site sets no cookies. Cookies are created only when someone logs in to the administration area — which applies to the operator, not to visitors.
Fonts, scripts and images are loaded exclusively from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other external services.
4. Contact form and e-mail
The contact form uses the Contact Form 7 extension. If you contact us through the form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, description of your enquiry, optionally a target date) in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or (f) GDPR.
The details are sent by e-mail to our mailbox and are not stored permanently in the website database. They are deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.
To guard against automated submissions we use an invisible check field (“honeypot”). No data is transferred to third parties in the process.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and embeds no external fonts, maps or videos. No audience measurement takes place. Should that change, this statement will be adapted beforehand and — where required — your consent obtained.
6. Encryption
The website is delivered over HTTPS. Your entries are encrypted in transit.
7. Links to Etsy
This website links to our Etsy shop. Once you follow such a link, Etsy’s privacy terms apply. We have no influence on the data processing there.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Please write to info@blackweirdwood.de.
